Foursquare Gospel Church in Sri Lanka required a secure and reliable e-voting system for their president elections. Tasked with developing this system in a mere 10 business days, the primary objectives were to ensure 100% uptime and robust security to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the integrity of each vote. The application needed to be user-friendly, allowing approximately 600 voters to cast their votes for a presidential candidate and view results in real-time.

The e-voting solution was crafted with a focus on security and usability. An intuitive user interface ensured a seamless voting experience, preventing errors and reducing the need for technical assistance. The real-time results dashboard provided administrators with instant visibility into cast and remaining votes, fostering transparency and encouraging timely participation.

Upon deployment, the e-voting system successfully handled nearly 600 voters without a hitch, maintaining an impressive record of zero downtime throughout the election process. Remarkably, the application remained bug-free with no reported issues, demonstrating the effectiveness of the comprehensive testing conducted prior to the launch. The success of this project not only met the immediate needs of Foursquare Gospel Church but also established a reliable framework for future technological initiatives in community engagement and governance.
